- Access to Facility: The client must provide our trained cleaning technicians with reliable access to the commercial facility at the scheduled service times (keys, security codes, or on-site personnel).
- Safe Environment: The facility must be safe for our workers. If a workspace possesses unverified biological, chemical, or physical hazards, services may be suspended until it is safe.
- Lockouts & Cancellations: If our team is locked out of a facility or if a scheduled service is canceled with less than 24 notice, a standard lockout/late-cancellation fee may apply.
